Iridology is the study of the colored part of the eye, the iris, for personality and health information. It has been studied since the late 1800s with evidence dating back to ancient Egypt of its use. Iridology is widely practiced in many parts of the world and even utilized by medical doctors.

The different colors and markings on the irises have all been correlated with strengths and weaknesses in both the body and the personality. It is explored with magnifying glasses, flashlights and specialized cameras. 

What if anyone on the team has contact lenses, has had Lasik Eye Surgery or Cataract Surgery?

Contacts will need to be removed to get the most accurate information about the iris. Lasik surgery has no effect on the structure of the iris, so these people can still have an iris identification. Cataract surgery also has no effect on the iris pattern, but the pupil dilation will require a skilled Iridologist, like the one you’ll be bringing in, to interpret the iris type accurately.

How do I know this team building will be more than fun and will leave lasting results?

Can this be recorded in the case that my whole team can't make it?

If the actual team building portion is done virtually, it can easily be recorded. (This option would require that an Iridologist meets with team members beforehand to get their iris images).
